She has worked to simplify and streamline HR processes by consolidation and system automation across 23 countries and more than 10,000 employees. Specific to benefits, she has enhanced multiple benefit and wellbeing offerings working with new partners as the company and market needs continue to evolve and change to meet employee demand. Valmont has adopted multiple digital solutions and also launched a one-stop shop application for all HR services focusing on wellbeing through digital coaching, one-on-one coaching, wellness challenges and overall health within the United States.
