Zach Basich is a Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Tax Compensation and Benefits group. ​ With more than 14 years of experience, Mr. Basich has worked across a range of industries for companies such as Salesforce, HF Sinclair, Denbury Resources and ExxonMobil. Additionally, Mr. Basich is skilled in designing and administering total rewards programs, including compensation structures, incentive programs and retirement plans. He leverages this experience to help companies design and implement compensation plans across all industries that continue to motivate employees, while also aligning with company performance goals. ​ Mr. Basich earned a bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He has received several professional certifications, including Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from Plan Sponsor Council of America.
