Mike has also a human resources consultant at companies such as Mercer HR Consulting in New York. His consulting work has spanned multi-national organizations to start-ups. Mike earned his PhD in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York City, and his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
