Lori Wisper is a Managing Director in Towers Watson’s Work and Rewards Line of Business where she currently sits on the Global Solutions Council leading Global Compensation Strategy and Design. She has over 35 years of experience both in consulting and corporate HR, primarily focused on Compensation/Rewards. She has consulted with clients on broad based compensation and total rewards issues including global compensation strategy and design, total rewards strategy, pay fairness and pay equity, incentive plan and base salary design, pay for performance strategy, performance management and compensation processes and administration. In addition to consulting experience with two other global compensation consulting firms, Lori spent five years working as the Head of Global Total Rewards within the corporate HR function of several companies.
