Sarah Sardella currently leads Total Rewards and People Operations at Cytel, the largest provider of statistical software and advanced analytics for clinical trial design and execution.  She has 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with an extensive background in employee rewards, well-being, HR operations, and HR systems at both high-tech and life sciences companies.  She holds a Bachelors degree from William Smith College and was an active member of the World at Work Total Rewards Expert Council for 6 years.
