Mihai Popoaca has more than 20 years of experience in sales and incentive compensation, human resources management, global operations and sales performance technology. Before joining WorldatWork, he was Executive Vice President of Services and Managing Director at Optymyze, a sales performance management company, where he led large global teams of 250 employees and more in Europe, Asia and the United States.

He has earned WorldatWork’s Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP®) designations, and an MBA in Finance and MIS from Drexel University.
