Amy Stainman Herman is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in compensation, HR operations, and data analytics. She currently serves as the lead for base pay practices in the US at Condé Nast, where she collaborates with Global People Team leaders. Prior to joining Condé Nast, Amy spent 6 years at PepsiCo headquarters and held various consulting roles for companies such as Estée Lauder, where she led a global job architecture rollout.
