Connie Cody is currently leading the Global Compliance and Equity division at The Coca-Cola Company, one of the world's largest and most recognizable beverage manufacturers. With over a decade of experience in EEO/Affirmative Action and pay equity, she is well-versed in all aspects of workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion. Connie's role is integrated within the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion COE, enabling her to apply her expertise in HR/Diversity/AA/EEO seamlessly.
She holds a degree in Mathematics and has been actively involved in the development and implementation of affirmative action programs, OFCCP audits, and pay equity analysis. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Connie worked as a consultant for a firm in Atlanta where she prepared affirmative action plans for U.S. federal contractors.
Throughout her career, Connie has made significant contributions to promoting equal opportunities for all employees. Apart from her commitment to equal pay, she has also supported initiatives that empower underrepresented groups in the workplace. Currently serving as the communication lead for the company's disability ERG/BRG, Connie is an active board member dedicated to fostering an inclusive corporate environment.
