As the Head of Global Growth Strategies and Partnerships, Beth is responsible for establishing Gapsquare as the global market leader for data driven workplace equality solutions. Leveraging deep institutional knowledge of the industry and her vast network, she is leading a multi-dimensional, partner strategy based on three key pillars: brand presence and recognition, partner ecosystem, and commercial development. 

Prior to Gapsquare, she served as the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Boardspan, a company powering high performing boards through improved digital board governance solutions. Beth began her career at Mercer, helping companies harness the depth of Mercer’s consulting experience, data, and digital solutions to help employers make the most of people productivity and prepare for the future of work.

Beth is a connector and a leading industry professional with nearly 20 years’ experience at the unique intersection of human capital, governance, and technology. She is passionate about unlocking the potential of the next generation and convinced the mighty mission to close the pay gaps is fundamental to embracing diverse talent ecosystems and ensuring all workplaces are fair and equitable. 
Beth holds has a BA in Business Management and Communications and an MBA from The Rubel School of Business, Bellarmine University (Louisville, KY).
