Danielle Moss serves as Head of Global Total Rewards at Ralph Lauren, where she oversees the design, implementation and administration of executive and global compensation, benefits and payroll to best achieve business results while aligning with Ralph Lauren’s overall total rewards framework and philosophy. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, she oversaw the design, implementation and administration of executive and global compensation as VP of Compensation for Chubb Insurance and as a Director at Merrill Lynch, where she was responsible for strategy, design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation programs for their Fixed Income Division. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University.
