Julia Ambrose is Senior Vice President, Global Compensation at Paramount, with responsibility for the company’s broad-based and executive compensation functions. Julia previously served as the Senior Vice President, Compensation at CBS, and prior to that as head of compensation and benefits in the homebuilding industry.  Julia has also worked as a consultant in the compensation and total rewards space for clients in a variety of industries.

She holds a B.B.A. in Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
