Dr. Brian Levine is Partner and Pay Equity Leader at Merit Analytics Group. Brian previously spent 23 years at Mercer, where he held various leadership roles, including launching and managing the firm’s pay equity offering globally. As a well-known thought leader, Brian has led hundreds of pay equity studies across industries, most global in scope. He is active in research, having most recently published analysis across 50 studies in The Journal of Total Rewards (2021). He has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University.
