Swati leads Compensation Programs at Roblox. In her role, she is responsible for the design and execution of global compensation programs that promotes fairness, equity and consistency in programs across the company. Swati has deep expertise in broad based compensation, job architecture, Workday, short term and long term incentive design and employee communications and training.

Swati holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bangalore University, India. She graduated from Cornell University with a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations.
