Josephine is a senior director at WTW in its ECBA practice group. As a lawyer and compensation consultant for over 20 years, she advises boards and management on compensation strategies and serves as a restructuring and transactions expert. In these capacities, she advises companies on attraction, retention and motivation strategies in non-distressed and distressed environments. To prepare for market volatility and geo-political headwinds, Josephine helps mitigate organizations’ risk by developing targeted retention strategies for critical talent; providing equity plan strategies to appropriately grant employee equity while balancing potential future dilution; and designing voluntary and involuntary severance programs that reduce compensation expense but recognize the workforce’s value.
