David is a Director in Willis Towers Watson’s New York Executive Compensation practice. He has been with the firm for over ten years. David advises senior management teams, boards and compensation committees of public and private companies across multiple industry sectors – financial services and insurance, media and entertainment, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and healthcare, real estate, technology and not-for-profit. David consults on compensation in various contexts, including general corporate structures and reorganizations, M&A, IPOs and bankruptcies. His areas of expertise include: evaluation, development and redesign of compensation philosophies; conducting executive, broad-based, and board of director total compensation program reviews, as well as competitive compensation and employee total rewards (including benefits) analyses; review and redesign of annual and long-term incentive plans, as well as implementation of new plans and development of cost impact models.
