Marjorie Williamson, CCP, GRP is the SVP, Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at RTI International. She is responsible for leading Benefits, Compensation, Employee Services, Employee Relations, HR Analytics, HR Operations and Compliance, and HRIS. RTI International is an independent non-profit research institute whose mission it is to, “Improve the Human Condition by Turning Knowledge into Practice.” RTI has over 6,000 employees in over 90 countries. Marjorie has over 30 years of experience developing total rewards philosophy, strategy, and programs that align with organizational strategy, values, and culture. Ms. Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Marjorie is on the faculty of WorldatWork, is the executive sponsor for the RTI Accessibility ERG and is on the steering committee of Wake Invests in Women, an initiative to reduce the gender wage gap.
