Mona currently works at Right To Play International (RTP)/ headquarters Toronto. Mona came to RTP in 2013 with over 9 years of experience in compensation and management via the United Nations (UNRWA). While working in UNRWA HQ Gaza and then HQ Amman as Compensation and Management Services Officer contributed to the development and implementation of the classification, compensation and change management reform in UNRWA countries of operations: Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, West Bank and Gaza. Prior to joining RTP Mona also worked as Human Capital Subject Matter Expert for Deloitte, Saudi Arabia. Mona studied Human Resources at McGill University in Montreal, Canada and holds master’s degree in Educational Administration, Conflict Management from Ein Shams University, a diploma in Leadership and Management Development. As a Director, Global Total Rewards and over the 9 years she has been with Right To Play has been a driving force in moving forward major organizational transformation in compensation including Pay Right Project, establishing the milestone of market rate salary scales globally, leading annual staffing budgeting, and introducing a global staff recognition program.
