Scot Marcotte is Buck’s Chief Technology Officer. For more than 30 years he has helped organizations solve HR issues through the strategic use of data, communication, and technology. He has co-authored the WorldatWork book Communicating Total Reward, partnered with WorldatWork on a global emerging technology survey, was named Xerox’s innovator of the year, serves as the press box announcer for the Chicago Bears, is president of the Illinois Fatherhood Initiative, and is a regular presenter at WorldatWork and other industry conferences. He keeps current on the latest in technology through his 16- & 18-year-old daughters.
