I have been in several different executive level positions. Currently, I am President at uFlexReward, I served as CEO for Associates for International Research (AIRINC) for over a decade, and was the Global Leader for Mercer’s Global Data and Software business. Prior to those positions, I was Operations Manager for Tower Perrin’s HR software division and was a VP at Criterion (which was acquired by PeopleFluent). As an avid teacher, I instruct Quantitative Analysis course and the Business Acumen course in WorldatWork’s certification program. For the Business Acumen course, I was a co-founder of the course material. I am regularly asked to speak at different venues and webinars including at WorldatWork conferences. Most recently, I spoke at the HR Tech conference on the topic of HR digitalization.
