Kimberly Reeves is the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence and Employee Experience for the Total Rewards team at Lockheed Martin. Over her 35-year career with the company, she has held increasingly challenging positions in Change Management, Training, Project Management, IT applications, and Communications. A seasoned project manager who has implemented multiple human resource employee-centric applications. She is passionate about total rewards and employee well-being. Kimberly continually looks for ways to improve the employee experience through transparency, user-friendly tools, and simple terminology.
Kimberly is also an avid fisherman and underwater enthusiast who loves spending family time in and on the ocean.
