LaCinda Glover is a Senior Principal at Mercer. In addition to her consulting role, she is the Career practice leader for Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. LaCinda’s experience includes compensation and benefits design and competitive assessments, executive compensation, evaluating the EVP and employee experience, job architecture, and total rewards strategy. She is a frequent speaker at HR forums and is frequently quoted in various news sources, including the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, CNBC, and WorldatWork. She holds a BS in Mathematics/Actuarial Science and a BA in Economics and with four young kids, has a passion for empowering working moms and their employers. She is a member of the Hosparus Health Compensation Committee, a member of the Care Guide Partners Board, and a classroom instructor for Junior Achievement.
