Gregg Passin is a senior partner in Mercer’s New York office and is the firm’s North American leader in executive rewards. He counsels public and private companies on global compensation and corporate governance issues relating to senior executives, boards of directors and professional services firm partner and professional populations.
He is an expert on governance and decision rights related to board of director and compensation committee issues, incentive plan design, partnership compensation, private equity portfolio company compensation and ownership transactions (IPOs, spin-offs, M&A).

Prior to Mercer, Passin has worked at Sibson Consulting, Merrill Lynch and Frederic W. Cook & Co. At Sibson Consulting, Passin managed that firm’s New York and London offices.
Passin has a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)® and a member of the WorldatWork faculty.
