As HCSC’s executive director, Compensation, Felicia Cummings oversees the Compensation functional strategy, including design, implementation and administration of broad-based, executive, sales and variable compensation and employee recognition programs for 25,000 employees.

Felicia helps to ensure HCSC’s compensation programs are fair and equitable, effectively attracting, retaining and motivating the workforce. In her 20 years’ experience, she’s held leadership roles with companies including CDK Global, AkzoNobel and TreeHouse Foods. Before transitioning into corporate compensation, Felicia held consulting roles with Buck Consultants and other compensation consulting firms.
Felicia is a certified compensation professional (CCP) and graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
