Andy Pezzino is VP of Global Total Rewards at the AES Corporation, a Fortune 250 global energy company.

As VP of Global Total Rewards, Andy oversees the development, implementation and administration of all compensation and benefits programs to support the attraction, retention, and motivation of employees worldwide. He leads a global team that spans the functional areas of Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, Headcount & Workforce Planning, Payroll, Global Mobility, Immigration and Equity Administration. Andy frequently interacts with Board members as he attends all Compensation Committee meetings, and Chairs AES’ US Retirement Committees (DB and DC assets).
