Compensation Strategies Leader
Doug Tapp is a leader in Deloitte’s National Compensation Strategies practice with more than 25 years of consulting and corporate total rewards experience serving clients in the Retail, Consumer and BioTech/Pharm industries. Doug is Deloitte’s Pay Equity Practice Leader and has led many global reward equity engagements. He has experience advising clients in all areas of total rewards including job architecture, executive compensation, Board compensation, broad based compensation design including workforce strategy addressing remote work and pay for skills. His experience spans leading large Fortune 500 total rewards teams to his current role in providing consultative and advisement to similar client and industry groups.
