Joanna Colosimo, M.A., serves as the Vice President of Workforce Analytics and Compliance Strategy at DCI Consulting. In this role, she leads a diverse team of industrial-organizational psychologists, HR professionals, and data analysts, helping major Fortune 1000 organizations address complex challenges in equal employment opportunity compliance, pay equity, and diversity and inclusion strategies. With nearly two decades of experience, Joanna’s expertise covers advanced workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and selection barrier analysis, as well as reductions in force (RIF) assessments and support for sensitive investigations. She regularly advises executive leadership and boards, offering data-driven guidance to manage pay equity risk and foster workplace equity within corporate and higher education environments. Prior to joining DCI, Joanna developed and managed compliance and workforce analytics programs in the private sector. Her focus included executive compensation, audit preparation, and strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives. Joanna possesses extensive experience leading pay studies, measuring quality of hire metrics, and conducting organizational wage gap studies.
Widely recognized as a thought leader, Joanna frequently speaks at national conferences and contributes to key publications, including Law360 and the Institute for Workplace Equality. She holds an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and dual bachelor’s degrees in business administration and psychology from Roanoke College. She is SHRM-SCP certified and actively participates in professional organizations such as SIOP, SHRM, WMILG, and serves on the boards of WMILG and CRCMC.
