Prior to Merit, Helen was the global leader for Talent Analytics Consulting and Software at Willis Towers Watson. With over 35 years of HR consulting experience, Helen is a proven expert in talent analytics, with published credits in journals including Workforce Solutions Review and Human Resources Executive Online and presentations at national conferences. Helen earned a BA in Mathematics from Haverford College and an MBA from Columbia Business School and has been an adjunct faculty member at New York University.
