As co-founder and COO, Anna Marley drives the strategy for Merit Analytics Group, a women-owned business that advises organizations on people and workplace analytics. With 20 years of experience at Merit, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer and Analysis Group, Anna specializes in helping HR functions lead with evidence when making critical decisions, including pay equity. Anna is able to leverage her unique background supporting labor litigation cases to identify proactive opportunities to address pay equity and related, complex talent challenges to help organizations create competitive advantage. She holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Economics from Bates College.
