Cheryl Swidrak is the Senior Manager, Total Rewards HR Projects & Benefits North America for Ipsen. She has over 15 years of experience working in total rewards and provides Ipsen functional and subject matter expertise in support of the design and delivery of the company’s Total Rewards strategy including benefits, wellness, mobility and compensation-related special projects.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University. She also attained the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and specialty designations cosponsored through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
