Lauren is a Global Benefits Consultant Lead, VP at Alliant. Lauren leads the global account service team to deliver on client’s business objectives in terms of strategic planning, program design, implementation and ongoing management of international benefits programs. Lauren started her insurance career in US benefits at a regional consulting firm in San Francisco, but quickly made the move to global. Lauren has also worked on the employer side for a multinational in over 15 countries. She has her Accident & Health license and a certificate in Global Benefits Management from the IFEB. Lauren has a BA from UC Davis in Economics and Society & Law.
