Speaker Bio

As Head of or Inclusion Transformation, my mission is to help make financial lives better for the organizations that we serve and the people for work for them.

As part of this mission, I seek to understand the unique needs, challenges and aspirations of our clients and their diverse workforces, and promote actions that will help produce sound financial outcomes for all of their employees.

In this work, I assure that we operate under the premise that we value all employee differences—in background, experience or viewpoints, such as socioeconomic status, race, national origin, religion, age, gender, gender identification and expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disabilities, and veteran status.

Beyond my day-to-day duties, I serve as co-Executive Sponsor of Bank of America’s Intergenerational Jacksonville Employee Network and our Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions D&I Council, and am a member our Global Strategy & Enterprise Platform D&I Council.

Additionally, I focus on Diversity and our inclusive approach to financial wellness. I also assure that financial challenges across all life stages, ethnicities, cultures, genders and experiences are reflected in the services, products and communications we offer.
