Graziele is the Total Rewards and Global Mobility Manager of iFood, the largest Food Delivery company in Latam. At iFood she developed an algorithm that suggest the fair amount for LTI and a international assignment program for each employee. She has been also worked for Rappi (Colombian food delivery company) and worked in the Global Total Rewards team of Booking.com, focused on creating new C&B policies for the tech talent scenario after pandemic. Graziele holds a specialization in Financial Planning, Analytics and bachelor’s in business.
