Greg is a Managing Director in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting, where he is the Leader of the US Compensation Strategies Consulting Practice. He also serves on Deloitte’s Global Rewards Leadership Committee and leads Deloitte’s Global Job Architecture Service Offering. He has more than 30 years of experience in compensation, performance management, job architecture and human resources. His clients represent a broad range of industries. Greg is a member of the New York Compensation Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and WorldatWork. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from University of Kansas.
