Molly is a Senior Principal with Mercer’s Career business in Los Angeles. While at Mercer, Molly has worked on a variety of projects in the Talent Management and Rewards space specifically in career frameworks, job and skill design, and total rewards strategy. Molly primarily focuses on premier, long-standing clients across a broad range of geographies and industries with a focus on the Technology industry. Molly joined Mercer in 2014 after graduating from USC Marshall School of Business. Prior to business school, Molly worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in the analytics practice advising on risk and project management.
