Michon Caton is a Reward Partner in People Rewards & Recognition at Genentech. She manages the Health Savings Plan, vacation and time-off programs and partners with other team members to communicate benefits to the 23,000 U.S. employees and develop strategic processes for the Absence Management and Retirement programs. Michon is a strategic benefit partner with over 25 years in consulting and administration of benefits. She Is the Advisory Board for Pension & Investments and Western Pension & Benefits Counsel. She Is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a passion to help employees understand and maximize their benefits for the benefit of them and their families.
